I don’t always like to work out but when I do I try to stick to a simple routine which includes stretching and light muscle toning. These exercise can be done anywhere, no gym or machines required.

I also like to incorporate stretching with some classic yoga poses. I don’t follow a specific yoga pose but choosing a traditional pose and tailoring it to my body needs and comfort works best for me.

As for the muscle toning, I stick to squats, crunches and planks. My main target areas are core and glutes. The best exercise to work these muscles are squats since they have many benefits. It is a versatile exercise that works several muscle groups at once.

A great way to do crunches is to do them with your baby, because somehow they think its funny when you do it – so it’s fun for both.
