I’ve noticed that I tend to cook fish pretty often. I thought salmon was easy to cook but tilapia is even easier and quicker. I usually fry salmon using just the soy sauce but when preparing tilapia, I like to coat it with bread crumbs to make it crunchy.
I recently started making couscous a lot, since it makes a great side dish. I like couscous because:
1. It’s a healthy choice.
2. It gets done under 5 mins.
3. It’s super tasty.
There are so many dishes that get along with couscous. Chicken soup is one of my favorite picks.
Sometimes couscous can be a bit on the dry side, which makes it harder for my baby to eat. To make it more digestible and juicy, I add squash and tomatoes.
And for a little extra something, I sprinkle a little dill and voila!
