Casually Chic in Old Town: Part I

IMG_8882

I wrote about Old Town in my other post, and how much I enjoyed spending my afternoons there. I’m thrilled to be back here once again.
I chose to go casual with skirt and top, both made from cotton. As a breathable fabric, cotton is most practical for hot summers.
I love the unique approach to this design of a polka dot skirt. It looks as though it has a front pocket, instead there is an added layer that gives the skirt a much fuller look. I love that it makes my body look curvaceous. This is one of those skirts that looks good with both flats and high heels.
It was the first time I brought my goddaughter with me to the shoot and it was so much fun to have her around.

My goddaughter, Skyler is here to support me as you can see

I want to shine a light on a style expression that has no borders and I hope it makes your day brighter.
