Los Altos Apartments

This photoshoot was totally unplanned and unexpected. I was on my way to have brunch and passed by this courtyard with a beautiful fountain which I immediately fell in love with. I am fond of anything that is Spanish Colonial inspired, so this was no place to pass by without capturing the charming architecture. The building was built originally in the 20’s and it is one of many historical buildings in LA. From the floors and walls, doors and ceilings, everything is filled with history. The atmosphere screams old time Hollywood glamour.
I had on a bralette from Victoria’s Secret, which I wore as a crop top. I think these bralettes are so cute in the summer. The lace detail has a way of giving any outfit a feminine touch. It can be a bit tricky since bralettes don’t cover much. The key is to wear it with a full skirt instead of a tight miniskirt, in order to avoid exposing too much skin. I paired it with this high waisted skirt and so I’m only showing a hint of skin.

I want to shine a light on a style expression that has no borders and I hope it makes your day brighter.
